Why the name “S-Bahn”? S-Bahn is the commuter train that connects cities in Germany with their suburbs. The S-Bahn connects people, it brings people together. Singer and accordionist Richard Tyce founded the S-Bahn in Vancouver in the 90′s. Highlights for S-Bahn include the “Fall Crawls” during which the S-Bahn tours the Oktoberfest circuit – including the super popular Leavenworth Washington and Mt. Angel Oregon Oktoberfests.
