Mt. Angel Oktoberfest - Festival Booths

Two types of booths operate at the Mt. Angel Oktoberfest, Non-profit Food Booths and Arts & Crafts Booths.

NON-PROFIT FOOD BOOTHS

More than 50 non-profit organizations from our local area (civic, school, veteran, fraternal, service, etc.) operate food booths at the festival. The booths (trailers decorated to resemble alpine chalets) offer a wide variety of Bavarian and other ethnic foods. Booth space costs $75.00 plus 15% of gross.

ARTS & CRAFTS BOOTHS
Over one hundred and twenty artisans display their arts and crafts for sale at Oktoberfest.

Both indoor and outdoor booth spaces are available at St. Mary's Gym (3 blocks from festival center), and downtown on Charles Street, Garfield Street, and College Street. Electricity is provided to all booths.

Downtown Outdoor Booths are preferably easy-up frames with a Bavarian façade tastefully decorated with white lights, lattice or other materials and flowers, ivy or hop vines. Booth dimensions are limited to a 12 ft wide by l0 ft deep space. Bavarian folk costume required (ie: puffy blouse and apron or pants with suspenders). Cost $400.00 per space.


Indoor Booths in the Gym are l0 ft x l0 ft. Crafter must provide their own display tables. Cost $300.00 per space.

Jury selection by photograph is used to decide who is chosen. We prefer hand-crafted products or Bavarian theme products. Commercial items are not usually accepted.

Oktoberfest will not be held responsible for loss or damage to persons or property at this show.

Oktoberfest allows no commercial, political, or general information type booths at the festival.

If you wish to register for an Oktoberfest arts and crafts booth, click here fill out the form on your computer, download and mail to Oktoberfest by April 30. Include a picture of the product's you intend to sell, no slides. If you want your pictures returned, please enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope. Notification of selection and contracts will be mailed out by May l5. Do not send money now.
