ARTS & CRAFTS BOOTHS

Over one hundred and twenty artisans display their arts and crafts for sale at Oktoberfest. Both indoor and outdoor booth spaces are available at St. Mary's Gym (3 blocks from festival center), and downtown on Cleveland Street, Garfield Street, and College Street. Electricity is provided to all booths.
          
Downtown Outdoor Booths are preferably easy-up frames with a Bavarian façade tastefully decorated with white lights, lattice or other materials and flowers, ivy or hop vines.

Booth dimensions are limited to a 12 ft wide by l0 ft deep space. Bavarian folk costume required (ie: puffy blouse and apron or pants with suspenders). Cost $425.00 per space.
          

 

 

Indoor Booths in the Gym are l0 ft x l0 ft. Crafter must provide their own display tables. Cost $300.00 per space.
           
Jury selection by photograph is used to decide who is chosen. We prefer hand-crafted products or Bavarian theme products. Commercial items are not usually accepted.
                       
Oktoberfest will not be held responsible for loss or damage to persons or property at this show.

Oktoberfest allows no commercial, political, or general information type booths at the festival.

If you wish to register for an Oktoberfest arts and crafts booth, click here  fill out the form on your computer, download and mail to Oktoberfest by the April 30 deadline. Include a picture of the product's you intend to sell, no slides. If you want your pictures returned, please enclose a self addressed, stamped envelope.
